Diogo is a seasoned payments industry professional with over 15 years of experience driving value for investors and management teams across multiple payments verticals globally.

His career spans strategic consulting, operational transformation, and transaction support across a wide range of payments businesses.

"I have worked with payments providers since 2013, in particular fintechs and new players challenging incumbent banks; whilst the industry as a whole has seen an impressive evolution, payments and fintech remain a world of opportunity, and continue to require a sound commercial strategy and capabilities in place to deliver it; since 2022 I am operating independently and my aim is to help clients in a different way, evolving away from the generic, low value-for-money approach of most consultancies."
